Promotional Materials on the Website
The Website enables authorized users, like MCS’ external distributors and sales’ promoters, to access materials related to MCS’ products’ marketing, including promotional and guidance videos and other textual materials (the “Materials”). These Materials are MCS’ proprietary and are not disclosed to all Website’s users. This service requires registration with the Website, after receiving a prior authorization, along with username and password, from MCS’ marketing representatives.

Subject to MCS’ consent, in its sole discretion, you may receive a username and password to log-in, complete the registration process and access the Materials on the Website.
You agree to maintain your username and password in absolute confidentiality and refrain form disclosing them to others. Make sure that you change your password frequently and at least once every six months.

We may deny, or cancel your account, for any reason, at any time and in Our sole discretion. These Terms will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions, whether of the State of Israel or of any other jurisdiction, which would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of Israel.
The competent courts in the City of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have sole jurisdiction over any claim in connection with the Website and in respect of any matter relating to the validity, applicability, performance or interpretation of these Terms. You agree to the jurisdiction of the above mentioned courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, or by electronic mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional, conflict of law or venue defenses otherwise available to you.
Amendments to Terms
MCS may from time to time change the Terms, including any and all documents, forms and policies incorporated thereto. Substantial changes will take effect 14 days after an initial notification was posted on the Website’s homepage or any other relevant web pages on the Website. Other changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Website, unless the Terms are amended to comply with legal requirements, where in such cases the amendments will become effective as required, or ordered.
